POC Took me about four hours to get her running. Directions are not clear and some are written on a tiny label inside the unit that says press downward with an arrow that points sideways? It only has four, not six, spray heights, some of the remote buttons stopped working after a couple of presses. Spray direction, if it actually works, is not certain; an arrow label would be nice. Beware of the warranty. Although the description says three years; the fine print that came with the unit says it only applies if you purchased the unit direct from the manufacturer, otherwise it says to go back to where you purchased it for claims. Gave it one star because it is quiet. Read more
Wouldn't work with full 1 gallon. Poured some out to lower water level and all started working. Directions said press and hold power button for 3 seconds to turn on green light. But light went on by pressing power button again. Don't know why it says not to operate on wood floor. We'll see what happens. Very quiet, really puts out a heavy mist if you want it. Read more
This is nice, but all plastic. I like that it has colored light options on it & a remote. It also is easy to use & works well. Very lightly weight and doesn't have a rubber grip on the bottom of it like the one I have in my daughters room, but it still works good & is a great thing to have in the house. Read more

This humidifier works very well. Very quiet, which is important in the bedroom. Read more
This humidifier is perfect. Very convenient to use, can control fog. Highly recommended to everyone. Read more
On the highest setting, it barely puts out any mist at all. Run it all day in my closed office, and it only raised the humidity 2 or 3 %. Also, it doesn't hold a gallon of water as advertised; there is a grey line on the water tank that shows the max fill limit at least an inch below the rim, and to get it to mist, I had to remove 16-20 ounces of water. It is that time of the year that the air is getting bone dry in Southern California usually hovering around 30% and no more than 60% humidity on a good day. It is also a season of allergy and sinuses problems. A few friends recommended a personal humidifier for overnight use to alleviate the sinuses symptoms so I have decided to give it a try. I like to mention that since this is a cool mist humidifier which uses vibration to generate the mist, it is prone to generates large amount of mineral white dust. I therefore used RO water to run it and no white dust was generated. If RO water is not available, distill water is recommended. This humidifier is advertised for large room due to its large 4L water capacity so I tried it on my 300sq feet living room and see how it performs. I ran it at maximum of everything (humidity set to 95%, mist level 4) for about 5 hours and it did NOT move the humidity reading on my thermometer at all. I had it set on a stool 2 feet off the ground like recommended and 2 feet away from the wall, I could see the mist rising over 2 feet high (see photo). After running it for 5 hours, I did not feel anything different in the air and no change on the thermometer’s humidity reading. So ok, their definition of “large room” may be different than what I had in mind so I moved the unit to my 100sq feet for overnight use. This time it does make a different in the air, my humidity reading went from 55% to 65% after 2 hours and stayed that way through the night for a total of 9 hours of runtime. An 18% increase in humidity on paper is significant but that was from a the starting humidity of 55% which was considered a good day so on most other days that are in the 20-30%, this humidifier may not make a significant different. Like: ==== - Extremely quiet, cannot tell it is running unless the night light mode is turned on manually. - Large 4L water tank. It only used a little less than 1L of water after a 9 hours run so their advertised 40 hours tank is realistic. - 4 levels of Mist control (the user manual said 6 level which is wrong) that basically changes the height of the mist. For extreme dry environment like mine, I would not use anything less than the maximum setting. - Auto shutoff when run out of water - Auto shutoff Timer function Dislike: ====== - User manual does not explain what the number means on the digital display. It is kind of confusing on what the numbers are actually showing. They dance around so much that I could not make any sense out of it. - There is no explanation on how the user adjustable Humidity setting (55% - 95%) works. Does the unit stop automatically when the environment reaches the desired setting?? - The water tank is NOT removable so I have to be careful not to spill any water into the air outlet while filling it. If I did, according to the user manual, I have to wait for all the water to drain through the bottom of the base and not turn it on for 3 days to make sure everything is dried. Any remaining water in the base could fry the unit when power is turned on. This is my biggest dislike of them all. - It does not remember the last user settings (mist level, humidity setting, night light). It always starts up with the lowest setting. - The digital display will turn itself off after running it for a few minutes so unless you walk up to it and feel the mist, there is no way to tell if the machine is running since it is so quiet. I could turn the night light on, but it would light up the entire tank and is way too bright for overnight use. Read more
