I've used several different sleep masks, and this one has been my favorite. I needed a mask with a more streamlined profile because I tend to overheat with larger masks. I've found that the fabric is surprisingly breathable, does not get overly warm, and is very soft. If I use the mask during the day it's in a room with blinds drawn, so I don't know if it would block 100% of bright light, but the additional padding over the bridge of the nose is quite effective in blocking out light (and getting a mask to fit snuggly yet comfortably over the contours of the nose seems to be one of the biggest sleep mask design challenges). I also like that it is convex over the eyes and holds its structure while still being very comfortable. I'm a side sleeper, and my one concern about purchasing the mask was the plastic piece on the band that is used for adjusting the band length (especially since it is on the left side, which is the side I predominantly sleep on), and I've been pleasantly surprised that I don't notice it at all. The band is easy to adjust, holds the mask in place without feeling tight, and does not use velcro (I've had masks that use velcro, and my hair was constantly getting caught in it). I waited several months to write this review, so I can say that the mask has held up well, and I've continued to be very satisfied with this purchase (so satisfied, in fact, that I'm planning to buy a second one to have on hand for when this one eventually wears out). I have been super happy with my sleep mask. I usually have trouble finding one that will fit me as my head is small and I guess my nose is kind of angular. This mask fits my head well, provides the most space for my eyelashes (they still touch if I don't have it centered just right but it's only a little bit), and the nose fit is great for me. I will say that if your nose sticks out more than say an inch from your face the nose cushion might not work for blocking out all the light. My nose sticks out about an inch and I do feel like I'm on the larger end of what it works best for. That said it may also depend on head shape and cheek bones too. This is a nice quality product that does a good job of blocking light except when I sleep on my stomach. It gaps and is uncomfortable when I sleep on my stomach. I would purchase it again when/if I need another because overall it works well. Read more

Yes, eyehole covers. I’ve probably tried a good dozen different kinds. These are the best. Highlights - *The puffy nose bridge is cushy but still does not let any light in. The rounded eye bubbles do not have any material touching on your eyes - which I hate. *very much full coverage blackout *Does NOT pull your hair - seriously, if you have medium to long hair - these have a smooth sliding adjustment - the best kind.
