So I'm 5 foot even and 195lbs. I have wide hips, a generous butt and thick thighs, and I got a large and it fits like a fricken glove. So anyone built similarly this dress is made for us. The dress itself is curvy with a wider hip area. It hugs your curves and the material is so thick it smooths out rolls and flattens the tummy. I love this dress, my new 'little black dress.' The ONLY reason I gave it four stars is because when I got it there were deodorant stains on it. Now I loved the dress so much I just washed it, no big deal the stains came out.
