The description says child or adult. I was skeptical. But the elastic that goes on the back of the head is adjustable and very well made. It is soft and comfortable. It is a little snug across the nose, so if you’re an adult with a high bridge this might not be a good fit. I’m getting a tiny bit of light coming in under my cheeks. I’ve tried several masks.
