Love it! Perfect for my son who takes cold fruit, yogurt and string cheese in his lunch to school. Stays cool with an ice pack. Pretty big but still fits in his book bag. Love love love this box. The only thing I would say is it requires a bigger ice pack than I’m used to but it stays cold so I’m definitely willing to compromise. It’s really reasonably priced for something that will hopefully last a while. I keep this in my car so the size is good but I don’t think it would fit in a backpack with other things in it. This was a good purchase that I almost retuned before taking out of the package due to size… We are a family of 4, with 2 adults and 2 8-year olds who pack lunches for work/school daily. With most purchases, we tend to buy everyone the same item and ended up with this Hydro Flask lunch box in 4 colors. I like to buy quality items, then expect them to last. After reading reviews, I was concerned that the kids sized lunch boxes would be too small to include thermoses/drinks/after school snacks for the kids. Upon receiving these, I was afraid they’d be too big for the kids and would be annoying to manage… They are too big to fit inside the kids’ backpacks, but are easily carried and can be clipped to the outside using a carabiner. I’ll show a few pictures that show the contents, there’s definitely plenty of room for an entire day’s worth of food even with thermoses or standard disposable food containers. As far as keeping items cold, I’m really pleased with how well the box functions. We bought inexpensive, slim ice packs and stick 2 in the mesh pocket on the lid of the box each day. By 4:00, leftovers still tend to be pretty cold. I actually really like how the lunchboxes look and love how easy it is to keep everyone’s lunch box stuff color coded. I found some durable, small luggage tags to attach to keep from having to write names on the outside of the kids’ boxes. We’ve only used them for about a month, but they seem like they will continue to wear well. The inside/outside are easy to wipe. I feel like the fabric handle itself will be the first thing to start looking dirty. Overall, I’m happy with the purchase and expect them to last a long time. Read more

Good material, and seems like it will keep my food cold throughout the day. However, it is much bigger than I expected. It has plenty of space for food, but it also takes up a majority of the space in my backpack - very little room for anything else when this is in it. Read more
