This is pretty much a omega supplement that helps to promote overall moisturization. It's the same concept as taking omegas for dry eyes, with the actual effect being pretty mild. These capsules did help me a bit with dryness, but they work better if you also use a topical suppository too. I use it with hyaluronic acid suppositories and the effect is similar to those hormone ones, but safer for long term use. Read more

To me I wouldn't say that these pills gave me constant water works. I will say that after taking them I saw a difference maybe after 30 minutes to an hour. They were easy to swallow which I like and I love the fact the you only need to take 2 once a day unlike other supplements I've tried. I am going to try them again, it won't hurt.
