Even though I am in my sixth decade, my aging skin still manages to produce blemishes, so I ordered these Original Korean Hydrocholloid Pimple Patches from BossCare to combat them. They arrive boxed and sealed in 3 separate cellophane pouches, which is nice because it will keep the ones that I'm not using fresh. These are some of the nicer patches I have tried, for several reasons. They are super thin and barely noticeable on the face, so I can actually wear them out of the house when needed. The adhesion is very good as well, so if I wear one to bed it stays on all night. But of course, the best part is how well they work. If I have an emerging blemish I put one on at bedtime, and it will work to draw the fluid up to the surface. Then, the next one that I put on will draw the fluid out and make the blemish flatter. In essence, these patches work really well to shorten the life of a pimple. It also doesn't hurt that they protect it from dirt and bacteria, while also reminding me not to touch it. What's even better is that they have more than just the standard hydrocolloid ingredient. These patches also contain salicylic acid to help dry it up, tea tree oil for its antiseptic and soothing properties, plus centella asiatica, which is also soothing and will help with the healing process. It's a great formulation that addresses all of the concerns, and has cleared up my blemishes quickly and efficiently. At time of review these pimple patches are selling for $16.99. The box contains 84 patches in 3 different sizes, which is going to last a very long time, so I do think that the price is reasonable. Read more

These hydrocolloid patches blend into my skin so well that I forget I’m wearing them. I like having them on because it feels productive, and they gently help my spots not get worse. My box also has an expiration date that is three years away, which is nice to see. See my attached photo with one patch on my forehead. Unless they catch the light, these are basically invisible. You can see your pimple but not the patch. I have to stand a few inches from a mirror to find where I have them on. They wear perfectly during the day. The only time I had trouble was overnight when I put one on a small inflamed bump on my chin right after moisturizing. Even though I dabbed the area with a paper towel, it must have still been a little too slick and that patch fell off while I slept. The one I placed on a small under-the-skin bump on my neck below my ear stayed on all night, so the adhesion itself is fine. If you want better hold overnight, keep moisturizer away from the exact spot. I do feel these help keep my pimples from swelling worse. After changing them every 8 hours or so over the day, my bumps looked less angry, like they were on their way out rather than getting bigger and bigger. These are discreet and effective at calming inflammation without irritating my skin. Read more

Both my son and I tried these for some acne we were having. For me I had 2 whiteheads that I have been having issue with. I put the dots on and they stuck well and you could not even see that they were on. They were easy to apply and easy to remove. I like that you have 3 different sizes to choose from and you get multiple sheets so they should last a while. For me it worked really well on one that almost disappeared but one it did not touch. My son had more pimples and he said he noticed that they looked less "angry" the next day and that after using a second time some of his pimples were gone. He had some blackheads that were not touched and he mentioned that as well. What i do like about these versus other acne products is other acne care is they do not dry out your skin at all or make it feel stingy or burny. My son is autistic and has horrible acne because he does not like the sensation of most acne products but these he will use. So if you are looking for a acne solution these work well I just would not count on them as much for whiteheads or blackheads. If that is your issue I would add a second product to this one. But this one works really well for regular acne so would get this again Read more

These pimple patches have been really useful for treating small breakouts. They stick well and stay in place overnight without peeling off. I like that they are thin and not bulky, so they are not very noticeable once on. By morning, they help calm the area and reduce redness. They are easy to use and gentle on the skin, which makes them good for regular spot treatment. Read more

These patches…oh wow…have exceeded my expectations by far. I’m not someone who usually gets pimples or whiteheads, but I do get the occasional one. And like anyone else, I absolutely hate it. So I bought these as a preventative option, and with teenage daughters in the house, they can use them too. The size is small, of course, but totally appropriate for what they’re meant for. They blend in really well with the skin, and when we put them on at night, we honestly forget they’re even there. The adhesive is impressive too…it stays put all night long, no matter how much tossing and turning happens. The ingredients are another huge plus. I’ve compared the active ingredients to other similar products, and these patches truly stand out. You get great quality, and the price is actually on the cheaper side. For the amount you get, it’s a total bargain. We love them and will definitely continue using them. Overall, a great buy! Read more
