Product was missing all of the parts to assemble the frame and after 2 months I still haven't heard from the seller after reaching out to them. Read more
Over priced for cheap material.
Pieces broke on me during initial set up. No, absolutely no customer service from brand Hydro farm. I’ve made multiple attempts to contact to see about replacement parts and have not gotten any type of response. I’ve tried contacting through website through social media and still nothing do not waste your money purchase a different tent. Read more
