I was hesitant to order this nHap toothpaste and veer from the usual name brand paste we all commonly use. But, I was happily surprised that it was quite effective as a whitening toothpaste and it left my mouth feeling fresh. The consistency and taste are very different from the typical toothpaste but it is not a deterrent. What does give me pause is that it is made in China. I had not realized that until I received the product and I am hesitant to use edible or consumable products made in China. At least for someone like me who drinks a lot of coffee, there is not a lot of whitening power. However, it's still good enamel repair (and I've even asked my dentist, who likes hydroxyapatite toothpastes in general), and this is much easier on the mouth than the regular toothpastes filled with peppermint and menthol. That is has NO fluoride is a plus for my household, when we're trying to stay away from fluoride and what we suspect are its deleterious long-term effects. Price-wise, this is very comparable if not cheaper than a lot of other toothpastes. For some reason, the product page says what I ordered is 1 ounce, but it's 120 grams, a little over 4 ounces.
