Update at the end!!! It feels great and I know it's working well because people are telling me my teeth are even whiter. It coats my teeth perfectly for when I go to bed. And the taste is yummy. I like it better than the powder, because the power can be a little too menthol for my mouth that it was like too cool. This paste is the best! My kids can do it too. Update: I had gone to the dentist for my son and He had 3 big cavities (before we used the toothpaste) and the doctor said that it was maybe going to be root canals but not now! After about 1-2 months of using this toothpaste the doctor said that he could see the visible hardening of the tooth below the decay! So no root canal! Also I would brush 2 min and then no rinsing! Very important! Then with the cavities I would shove a glop of the toothpaste in the holes at night to sleep with it. It wont grow the tooth back but it will harden your teeth that are there. One of my son's teeth had a black spot that turned white again! Read more

4 days. That’s how long I used this toothpaste and saw a difference in the color of my teeth and the sensitivity. Its taste is minty but very mild like when your gum is almost out of flavor. This foams up very nicely with little used, it’s not too strong and you see a difference in the chemical after taste too. Read more
Powder > Paste
I’ve been using Living Well tooth powder for a little while, I decided to switch it up and try the toothpaste. It’s definitely not the same as the powder and I appreciate the powder more than the paste. The paste never gave me the minty fresh breath that I get with the powder, and I always woke up with the worst taste in my mouth (never had that with the powder). While I believe the paste does clean your teeth adequately, I also believe the powder does a way better job. The paste is a great alternative to other toothpastes out there that are fluoride free, I just prefer the powder. It felt good having that minty taste back. Read more
