Exactly as described and the most beautiful shade of light pink. I was tired of carrying around mini advil bottles and loose pepto tabs in my purse. Originally I thought I would need to remove the compartment insert to fit the liquid gel pills but I was able to leave it in and comfortably fit about 9 in each section. I then cut my pepto tabs individually and can easily stack 2 in the remaining sections. It opens and closes without any difficulty ( because I have long nails ) . It is about the same diameter of a typical pressed powder compact. I added images for comparison and about twice the thickness of a compact. I love how i can easily grab this out of my bag by the silicone loop. The center divider does easily remove if you decide you want one large space. My only complaint is I didn't find this sooner.
