This thing exceeded my expectations ten-fold. It's so comfy, not stiff but it is supportive and shapes quickly to the shape of your arm or wrist. No weird smells, what you can smell is very minimal, this is expected with anything that is made with these types of materials. It's a memory foam that almost feels and responds to touchlike a gel type but without the heavy and awkward bulk of one. I will definitely be trying out some more irocks stuff as the quality seems to be really good. Shopping for the perfect wrist rest has been such a fruitless endeavor, I was relieved when I finally felt this one, it's sleek and modern looking too. The cover material is a tight neoprene feel that looks and feels really easy to clean and the grippy base on the bottom works even on top of my desktop sized keyboard and mouse pad. I got a good one this time, I had a plastic one and it leaked gel out of it do to old age. I like the feel of this one very nice so far If I need to update this later I can but so far it is very nice for me . I hope it last a long time, it does feel good when I am typing e-mails and stuff like that. I would tell others about it for sure. The company that shipped it and made it got it here in really good time. Seem like it was here before I got off the phone. That is how quick I got it and I needed it badly. I bought this as a replacement for another type of wrist rest that wore out. I wasn't sure I'd like it, but it is great! I love the fact that the rubber base "sticks" to my desk, so it doesn't slide around. Its just the right height for my wrist. UPDATE: The rubber base started sliding - it had lint/dust stuck to it. I carefully wiped it with wet fingers and that fixed the issue. Just ordered another one for a spare. Read more

I was looking for a wrist rest that was about as long as the hard plastic rest that comes with the keyboard due to wrist pain and strain. (I do a lot of writing and when I pause while thinking, I naturally rest my wrist on a 'wrist rest", and I do not rest my wrist on it while typing) I tried another high quality brand, and while I was satisfied with the wrist rest, its depth was far too great for my needs as I have a shallow keyboard tray. I bought this afterward, after reading the depth and doing a quick measurement, I hoped it would fit well. Results: Has roughly the same depth as the k70 wrist rest, but is obviously much higher. Perfect to replace the old one. The foam material feels like you have 'Circus Peanut" candies under your wrists. Very comfy. There are little divots along the top of the rest that are very fun to run my fingers across. Satisfying! Perfect width to fit standard keyboards with a # pad. Even if space is not an issue, this is a great product that I hope holds its durability for some time. I'm considering buying a backup or two! Read more
I bought a similar wrist support for use with my mouse and it is 100% more adhesive than this pad for the keyboard. I do not recommend buying this-at least in the black color. The bottom does have a sticky sort of backing but it’s not flat/level so it doesn’t stay flat. I bought the purple/black print of the wrist/mouse pad and it’s a totally different backing. Read more
