Invert and freeze.

The principle of this machine is very simple: it uses the low temperature of the freezing plate to instantly cool the ingredients. It must be placed upside down in the freezer. Today I tried two methods: one was making ice cream rolls with thick yogurt and crushed biscuits, which had a creamy texture; the other was making a slushy drink with fresh fruit, which was refreshing and thirst-quenching. Cute niche product!

The media could not be loaded. This is so cute! It reminds me of those rolled ice cream shops. This tray is easy to use and comes with detailed instructions. We placed the tray upside down in the freezer and let it sit for about 24 hours (you can leave it less than that). We used greek yogurt on the tray with mini M&Ms and some cookie dough pieces. The tray worked it's magic and froze our yogurt. It took about 3 minutes until it was FROZEN, I was almost worried I wouldn't be able to scrape it up! It tasted great and was a fun experience. Next time, I want to try ice cream ingredients and mix it together on the tray. This is a cute, fun experience for families and friends. I was surprised by how easy it was to use and how well it worked. It was easy to clean and it's easy to store. I highly recommend this ice cream roller / maker.
