My daughter is a competitive figure skater, and recently sprained her ankle. She ordered this Iceetape per her coach's request, and started using it immediately. It's a stretchy, wet ace bandage material, that gets cold a few minutes after application. It's got a bit of a smell (like icy hot), but honestly after a minute or so it doesn't bother her. It stays cold for her a lot longer than 60 minutes, and she even left it on after the fact as a protective wrap for her ankle. She prefers this Iceetape over regular ice most of the time because she can take it with her to the ice rink and do other things while healing her ankle at the same time. Thought this was going to be a good item. My kids don't even like to use it. At first it was nice but the smell got to them and the coldness didn't go well with them they preferred ice treatment instead. It had a bit of a burning sensation to their skin. Wasn't really easy to pull apart the wrap like normal wraps. And didn't resolve the pain either. It was messy so if you use this I would recommend wearing gloves. Read more
