Excellent customer service. I ordered the first keyboard which had an issue, and when I needed to exchange it for another, the tie past beyond Amazon's 30-day return policy. I reached out to iClever direct and immediately they responded, first with instructions to help me reset the keyboard, and when that wouldn't work, they sent me a new one. Kudos iClever! I really think the keyboard is the best portable one on the market as the keys are space out and organized better than any other. The only feature missing is it is no backlit. Wanted a rechargeable keyboard mouse combo that would work with my work and personal PC to eliminate having two of each on my desk. I was but concerned before purchasing that the keyboard wouldn't be as comfortable to type on as my existing keyboard due to the lower profile and lack of legs to tilt the keyboard. But, I've found the keyboard great to use and didn't realize how clunky my old keyboard really was. The keyboard and mouse are connected to my work PC via the USB connector and connected to my personal PC via Bluetooth. Switching between the two is super fast and require minimal effort. Haven't needed to charge either device yet, but am glad I won't need to stick up on AA batteries any more. Great product, highly recommend. Read more

I used to have a laptop PC that I mostly kept on a peninsula in my kitchen where I checked e-mails and morning news while having breakfast and drinking my morning coffee. It used Windows 10 but couldn't be upgraded to 11 so I replaced it with a mini-PC and small monitor over a year ago. Since then, I've been trying to find a suitable keyboard. At first, I used a USB wired keyboard which worked fine but was somewhat limiting because of the wire length. I've tried a few different wireless keyboards and mice. While they all worked, most of the keyboards were too large for the space. This iClever set seemed to be a good option. The product description page says it's 25% smaller than a standard keyboard (actually, it's closer to 15% smaller) which frees up a lot of space for my breakfast but the keys are still very comfortably sized and space. I also like the 'feel' of the keys while typing. There is enough of a tactile response that it's easy to tell when the key is depressed sufficiently. I also like the lower profile (e.g. the height). It's quite comfortable to rest the heels of my hands on the cabinet top while typing. The mouse is also a good fit for my hand. For a guy, I have smaller than average hands and some computer mice seem to cause fatigue after a certain about of use. The iClever mouse is a better fit for me. In addition to using the wireless USB dongle on my PC, I was also able to connect the mouse and keyboard to my Android (Samsung) phone with Bluetooth and they both worked fine. I think all the previous wireless keyboards and mice I've tried use AA batteries. These iClever devices are rechargeable via the supplied USB-C cord. I haven't used these long enough for them to require recharging so I cannot address how long the charge lasts. Read more

I'm using this keyboard for my MacBook Pro and these are the pros and cons I found so far: Pros: Perfect size for my desktop, typing speed good (using 2.4G), good battery autonomy. The separate numeric keypad is very helpful. Cons: Bluetooth range not so good, although my Mac is only 1.5 Ft. away, on Bluetooth channel 1, the typing speed is slow but all Mac function keys work as placed/marked. On Bluetooth channel 2, typing also slow and function keys work as for a Windows environment. On 2.4G with the USB wireless adapter, typing speed is normal but function keys also work as for a Windows environment, so I had to place some stickers on some keys to avoid mistyping. I’ve really enjoyed using this iClever keyboard and mouse set. The keyboard feels smooth and comfortable to type on, and I like that it’s compact but still has a number pad. Switching between devices with Bluetooth or the USB dongle is fast and easy. The rechargeable battery lasts a long time, which saves me from constantly buying AAs. My only small gripe is the keys aren’t backlit, but overall this combo is reliable and worth it. Read more
