These black chunky thigh-high boots are seriously cute and feel really well made! The heel height is perfect and not too tall, so they’re still comfortable to walk in. I love the soft suede material since it gives them such a nice texture and stylish look. I do wish they had a bit more stretch or were made a little wider though, since they’re pretty snug around my calves. They also don’t sit quite right on shorter legs and tend to bunch up at the knees, which takes away from the sleek look; because of this, I wish they were a little more versatile in how they could be worn. I’m currently 5 months pregnant and while I bought these shoes to wear as regular shoes, they went perfectly with my Halloween costume and I wore them for the first time while taking my kids trick or treating. We walked for about a mile and a half and they were so incredibly comfortable. I forgot I was wearing heels and my feet weren’t bothering me at all. IDIFU IN4 thigh high boots are actually knee high boots; they barely touch my thigh. The calf allows a gentle curve, but you still need average legs with thick calves. You can’t be under weight nor overweight and the ankle is average width for most boots. This is NOT a wide-calf boot, but you do need curvy legs. You can be a B or C width, but not AA/A/D width customer. I’m between A/B and I have slender legs. Since the entire back of the leg is elastic, I may have them tailored. The toe box is extremely square and very roomy. The 8.0 fit me like an 8.5 shoe, so I need to add half-sole pads. Read more
