Works well! Hard to take off especially if you’re hairy on your arm or shoulders. My husband had to take them off extremely carefully and it was a little painful when pulling off. Fit well, durable, stays on well and not bad for the cost. Read more

I use KT tape quite often for dance injuries and thought this precut one would be easier. Unfortunately it was too large for my petite frame. I also agree with some other reviews that once applied the tape doesn't stick well, even with rounded edges. Also, at 60 years of age, my skin has become more delicate in certain areas and it was painful removing it even when I soaked the area with warm water and baby oil. I love the idea of it to save time and I'm glad I tried it but the reality is it wasn't good for my aged skin and petite frame. Read more
The tape did what it was intended to do. It went on easily and I felt good support and stability on my shoulder using it. Almost decreased my pain level. But when I went to take it off gently as I didn't want to rip it off, I was surprised and in pain when a piece of my skin went with it. It left me a scar that is still healing even 2 weeks after removing take. Never using again. I tried attaching a picture but it wouldn't let me. I'll try again. Read more

Worked great, I was truly surprised of the support this tape has. Stayed in place with no issues. I see were some people said it hurt pulling off, if it didn't stick good they would complain, and if it sticks to good people complain, I had absolutely no problem with it coming off it was pain free.
