I use KT tape quite often for dance injuries and thought this precut one would be easier. Unfortunately it was too large for my petite frame. I also agree with some other reviews that once applied the tape doesn't stick well, even with rounded edges. Also, at 60 years of age, my skin has become more delicate in certain areas and it was painful removing it even when I soaked the area with warm water and baby oil.
