Hey everyone, I’m a nurse working in skilled nursing facilities, and this is my first home blood pressure monitor ever—the iHealth Track Smart Upper Arm one. I was a little nervous buying it, but man, it’s been awesome right from the start. Super easy to use with just one button, and the screen lights up green, yellow, or red so you know instantly if your numbers are good or not. I’ve checked it against the cuffs we use at work, and it’s spot on—gives me readings that match what I’d expect. The app connects via Bluetooth no problem, saves all my history, and I can even share reports if I need to show my doc. Cuff fits nice and comfy too, even on bigger arms. Read the manual for best results. I'm certain many of the reviews saying the readings were inaccurate had the cuff positioned incorrectly because I played around with it and got similar results. When the tube is on the upside of your arm, pointing toward your middle finger, the results are accurate. Anyway, for $25 or so this monitor is well worth having on hand if you have blood pressure issues you want to keep an eye on. The instruction manual is comprehensive and easy to understand. The monitor itself is easy to read and the cuff has illustrations to show you exactly how to position the cuff. I haven't tried using the app yet, so I've no opinion on that. Highly recommend! So far, this blood pressure monitor has been great for occasional checks with I become mildly hypotensive. The machine itself comes with a large sized cuff and machine, machine having a welllit LED screen. It also has an option to connect to iHealth’s app for convenient tracking, especially grateful if needed by your PCP/specialists. No issues with the machine so far, and you can delete b/p numbers tracked if needed. Very easy to use. It’s is not as accurate as the doctors but consistent on readings. Took it in when I got and compared it to the doctor reading, it was higher by about 10 points but consistent. So overall it is worth it just be aware it will read slightly higher. Very easy to use and easier than past ones I have gotten. Read more
