I've jumped onto the Birk-type-sandals-in-winter-with-cool-socks trend.....enter the cool socks. I've been buying lots. These are nice....but I took off one star because they're not as thick as they look like they'll be. I have a pair of similar looking ones that my genius sister knitted for me. Those socks are really thick and warm...awesome. These are really attractive and the colors are rad, but they're more like thin, summer weight socks. I wore them yesterday with my Boston style Birk knock offs....the low was 43 and the high was 63. I did suffer from cold toes throughout the day. I would rate these as a "low temps in the 60s" sort of sock. Hope this helps someone decide! Read more
