I got these on a whim because I've always loved cowboy boots with a certain style dress/ skirt to perfect a punk/ rockabilly look. Until recently, my legs were too big for anything taller than an ankle bootie, but I figured since I've lost weight, it's high time I tried again! I cannot stress enough what a terrific first impression I got from this company. Their box would be perfect for gift-giving, as it is sturdy and very pretty! Once the lid is removed, you are greeted by quality, quality, quality. Each boot is packaged in an individual dust cover. There is a package atop the boots which contains toe stuffers! Alright, they're technically called forefoot inserts, but you knew what I meant, regardless, didn't you? Anyhow, these boots also contained various cardboard/ paper/ styrofoam inserts to ensure their shape was properly maintained, though I realized, as I looked closely at them, that I think what will maintain their shape is their exceptional quality. These boots feel absolutely amazing, not stiff and sweaty like some leather boots can feel, but sturdy in a way that they move with my leg but maintain their shape without making a sauna in my sock! The stitching is even, with quality materials used. I feel like these boots were made by a company that takes pride in their quality and craftsmanship and puts the wearers comfort at the forefront of their design. The toe stuffers haven't yet come out of their packaging, because these boots are honestly surprisingly comfortable. Despite the pointed toe, my size 8 foot fit perfectly in a size 8 boot, with room to spare but not enough to slide! The insides are more forgiving than the design and appearance imply, and once I slipped my foot in and took two steps, I almost stopped to jump for joy! Not only is there plenty of room in the calf, they're really, really comfy! They aren't gym shoe cushiony, and honestly, would you expect them to be? But I wore them out for dinner and drinks, clocked about 2,500 steps (if my watch is to be believed) and experienced no discomfort, either during wear or after. In the interest of transparency, I should mention that I've done no actual cow/ horse related activities in these, as yet; I cannot vouch for their suitability in real life cowperson-centric situations. As do many, I have back issues. After my back surgery, any type of heel was outlawed by my family; they were sick of having to take care of me for a day or two after I'd punished myself with needlessly elevated footwear for no good reason, whatsoever. But you guys! Guess what??? I've been given tentative approval to wear these bad boys unsupervised! The media could not be loaded. I feel a little bad giving four stars as It's only because they're a little wider in the calf than I'd like, but that could just be personal preference. Aside from that these boots are great. The embroidery is super cute with a unique pattern, and the heel is the perfect height for just a little lift. They're very comfortable, they don't pinch my toes at all and they don't rub on my heels like some other boots can. The traction could be a bit better as they're not super grippy like most cowboy boots but the sole looks like it's attached well and shouldn't have any issues with separating over time. I have my favorite pair of real leather cowboy boots that I actually use for riding, and because I pre-treated them, they clean up easy and still look good enough to wear out...but I'm also fully aware that I've been walking through horse stalls and mucking out with them, so it's nice to have other options to wear with dresses and skirts, lol. These are surprisingly easy to wear! The heel isn't high, they're easy to pull on and the light tan pairs well with a lot of different outfits. The light tan is a bit more cool toned in person, but certainly still a neutral that allows for a wide range of other color pairings to go with it. I tend to size up in cowboy boots to a 7 so I can fit an insole in, and the toe inserts these came with are also very useful! As these aren't real leather, they don't break in the way genuine leather does, so any bit of help in making sure these stay comfortable is important to me. The size is spot on, just enough room for me to add my insole and the toe insert, and it keeps my foot from sliding forward too much. These seem to be wide calf friendly, my legs are on the slim side but as these are worn with long skirts it's not as much of an issue as I thought it would be. For the price, these are a really reasonable pair of faux leather cowboy boots that should last for a good while. Read more

I LOVE these boots! They look exactly like the photo (I got the brown one). The material is soft and not stiff. I am normally a size 7.5 but I sized to 8 to accommodate socks. They were true to size. I have larger calves and still had room. I walk a lot on my commute to work and my feet never hurt. My only gripe is that the heel is really loud when walking. Read more

These are true to size based on the size chart. I liked the quality of these but the color wasn’t what I thought it would be. I got the black and they’re more of a Smokey, charcoal grey with black accents. Not my favorite but I’ll wear them when I need to! Read more

These cowboy boots are absolutely gorgeous. Fit matches the size perfectly. And even if it didn’t, the boots came with toe spacers for use if needed. Wore them all day at an outdoor festival and at no point did my feet get sore. They are incredibly comfortable and durable and I know I will be wearing these for a very long time. The leather on these is nice and soft and the fit was perfect from the moment they were put on. the stitching looks very stylish and attractive. All in all I'd call these a good buy compared to the more expensive brands. Read more
