We had to say goodbye our 13.5 year old Bernese Mountain Dog on December 6th. We have two kids, 11 and 8 who have only ever known life with her. I ordered two of these, one for each. I’ve heard grief is just love with no place to go. We all cried when we held these stuffed dogs. The weight, the soft fur, the markings; everything reminded us of our sweet Lula Jane. And although nothing could replace her, these stuffed dogs gave our kids’ love for Lula a place to go again. It’s been a month, and they still sleep with them every night. They carry them around the house and hold them when they feel sad. High quality and durable. Could make a fun toy but most of all it has helped each of us express healthy grief and move forward. Not too heavy. Just the right size and weight for my wife to wedge between us when trying to sleep. Light enough to move while in a half sleep state... heavy enough to not cause lasting damage when flung in that same sleep state. 10/10 would recommend. Plus. He's cute. Read more

My kids are LOVING these big weighted stuffies. We cannot have a dog right now but they want one so bad so I got these and they are so sweet how they wrap them around and there’s weight in the paws too… so the can hold over my kids shoulders like a hug!!! This plushie is very high quality for the price. It has sturdy stuffing so it's not flat at all. It's nose is also sown! I've seen so many other offers for almost the same price where the nose was just a piece of plastic glued on. It's fur is so soft and it's a good size. This is an awesome product. My 17 yr old grand daughter loves it. It never leaves her side and its very nicely made. I had to contact the seller due to a small hole found, they had the replacement the next day before I got to return it.
