Installation was pretty staight forward. The provided valve connects to the fill valve connection under the toilet tank. I installed it as instructed but the flat rubber washer that comes with the valve would not seal and I had a constant drip. I replaced the supply line because the addition of the valve to the system made the old line unusable (the shutoff valve was very close to the fill valve)The only way I had available to fix the problem was to cut the plastic screw ring off of my old supply line to remove the built in cone washer. It worked and no longer leaks. I have another 4 of these to install in my other bathrooms so I ordered more washers. My mom thought this would be a great product for her so she can use less toilet paper and she can control where the water sprays. We installed this on my mom's toilet and it has only been on there for about two months and the rubber inside of the hose busted. Now whenever you try to turn the knob to turn on the water to the sprayer, it starts leaking everywhere. I contacted the seller via Amazon to see if they could help me or offer a replacement since their listing says 100% satisfaction guaranteed and they initially asked for a picture of the issue. After I sent them a picture, their response was to reach out to Amazon. I basically told them that Amazon is not going to help me since this order was not brand new (I ordered this in early October and it's been over the usual 30 day return period) and their response was to try again and reach out to Amazon. I'm not even sure why they asked for a picture if they weren't even going to help me out. I would not recommend buying this product because in the event you end up with an issue like me, their customer service will not help you out. You will be forced to buy another one and have to hope the second one doesn't start having issues too. Based on some of the other reviews I read where their first sprayer started leaking, some went on to order a second one and it leaked too. That's why I'm not going to bother to buy another one. I will just try to find another option for my mom. Read more
