I literally don’t know how I could possibly sleep without this. I put it on an immediately fall asleep when before it would take me hours. My sleep is more restful and undisturbed. I honestly didn’t expect much when I ordered this, but im kind of obsessed now. The silk is REALLY soft, like noticeably softer than the cheap sleep masks I’ve tried before. It blocks out light better than anything I’ve used, even in the middle of the day. What surprised me most is how comfortable it is around the eyes. It doesn’t press on my eyelids or lashes at all, which was always my biggest issue with other masks. I can actually blink under it without feeling weird pressure. I’ve been using it every night and also for quick naps, and I fall asleep faster than usual. It stays on without feeling tight, and I don’t wake up with marks on my face. This thing is huge. I’ve tried a lot of sleep masks and eye relaxation devices but this tops them all in terms of size and cushion. It’s like one big puffy cloud smushed onto your face for cushion, comfort, and to block all light. And I especially like the materials with the inside having a cooling effect so it doesn’t get too stuffy. Wearing this is like strapping a pillow around your face, it’s that comfortable. But I think this really only works for daytime naps or back sleepers at night. Because it is so bulky, it doesn’t stay in place well if you move around while you sleep. And if you’re a side sleeper it does cause your head to slant upward. So it works best from your back, or if I’m just kicking back on the couch for a daytime snooze. It’s great for blocking out the light and drifting off quickly. When I opened the package, I was surprised and immediately said that's going back. But, I gave it a chance and after the second night, I am in love with this thing. I always listen to YouTube in bed to fall asleep and I put this on now. I am so comfortable and comforted. I look forward to bed with my big soft balloon on my head. This has been an awesome buy. Purchased this after doing some research on neck pillows and sleep masks. This does both- a sleep mask plus pillow OR I can wear it as a neck pillow for when I travel on planes. Could even use it in the car riding passenger on longer drives to get some shut eye or use it as a neck pillow as everyone knows it’s hard to get good sleep in a car. 10/10 recommend this product! Useless… no size adjustment… really tight on eyes Small heads will swim in I being too loose Large heads it’s too tight over eyes No eye socket gaps… so does not sit well Why have seam at back?
