I've been using this foundation for years and I love it! It covers flaws really well, but feels light and natural to touch. The foundation stays fresh and lovely all day until I remove it. A tube lasts for six months or more. Great product! Read more

I used to sell this product at my day spa years ago b4 the pandemic! Couldn't keep it in stock! I have roseacia and this is the only mineral makeup that covered my redness. You can get 72 applications out of a tube. The trick is to apply with a non porous sponge. Place a pea size amount on your forhand and dab your sponge. When applying to your face blend and pat gently (Do not rub the product into your skin.) I'm olive complected. So I used the Florentin Fair shade. And you can buy matching blush in this brand. I always get compliments with my makeup when I use Illuminare Brand Products and I believe you will too! Read more

I found this product from a tiktok showing how to cover acne. Got the shade sienna sun and it blended into the skin nicely (I have normal to oily skin). It does dry up a bit fast when blending with hands so will try to apply in section of the face instead of the whole face at once. It feels very natural and not like I’m wearing heavy makeup, which is helpful for every day makeup! At first I wasn’t first if it had the coverage I wanted because it didn’t feel like other foundations, but this before and after definitely shows the difference!! Products used for face base: Danessa Myricks Yummy Skin Water Powder Serum, Illuminare Foundation, Kosas Cloud Set Baked Setting & Smoothing Powder (cushiony) Read more

This is the best foundation that I’ve ever used and looks completely natural while maintaining moisture. I work hard to care for my skin so I don’t want to completely cover it; although you can certainly build this product to do so. It took a bit to figure out how to best apply as I originally mixed with my SPF as Jeana at Art of Skincare recommends. That seemed to blend the coverage away. Tried fingers on top of SPF and nope. I find that squeezing a tiny amount onto a pallet, spreading it around the pallet with my finger, and then using a beauty blender to dab the product onto the skin works best. I apply over the new Kosas Dream Beam SPF and my skin looks beautiful and dewy. The natural coverage seriously lasts all day. I do get minimal creasing under my eyes (I’m 46) but I think that’s more so from the SPF. I hope they never stop making this product! Once you find the right way to use it, it’s magical. If it helps, I do my usual skincare routine…wash, Vitamin C/serums, mist with the Curel Moisturizing Spray, apply a layer or two of Curel Moisturizing Milk, apply my SPF, and then apply the Illumanaire. I love this makeup. I have reordered it countless times and have been using it for over a year. The coverage is good, better than most bb creams or tinted moisturizers and covers blemishes and unevenness well. It's easy to apply (I use my fingers) and feels moisturizing and good for my skin. With other makeup I often get dry patches and other places where it quickly runs off, not this! It even looks fine after the gym. This is my everyday go to couldn't live without it makeup. Shades - I am very fair and typically the lightest shade in most other makeups, however the porcelain works best for me year round as the alabaster is very light. I do love that the shades are pretty neutral and not overly pink, a frequent issue I'm lighter shades. In the winter I do mix the porcelain and alabaster shades to customize to my skin Read more

The Illumare product is extremely drying, making it difficult to blend evenly. It settles into fine lines, emphasizing texture rather than smoothing it out. Overall, very disappointed with the performance. Read more
