I use this coffee with my AeroPress, and the grind size is absolutely perfect. It brews a cup that’s smooth, balanced, and has that classic, natural coffee taste without being bitter. I do wish illy used the Swiss Water process instead of CO₂ for decaffeination, but it’s still far better than coffees that rely on harsh chemical methods. The flavor is clean, authentic, and satisfying something you don’t always find in decaf. I was especially looking for a decaf that didn’t taste flat or artificial, and this one is a good choice.
