I did a lot research on knives before buying any, and learned that a hardness of 60 or more is best for staying sharp. These are 62, and extremely sharp. Use them a lot and love them. Good investment. Cuts through meat with ease. Read more

I’ve been using this white knife set for a few weeks now, and it’s honestly become part of my daily kitchen routine. The first thing I noticed when I opened the box was how clean and modern everything looked. The white handles actually match my countertop, which wasn’t something I planned, but it makes the whole area look a bit more put together. The first night, I used the chef’s knife to prep dinner. I was cutting onions, carrots, and chicken, and the knife moved through everything much easier than the mixed set I used before. I didn’t feel like I had to force anything, and the grip felt steady even when my hands got a little damp. The built in sharpener on the block has also been surprisingly handy. Just a couple quick swipes before cooking and the blades stay ready. I’ve been eating more at home lately, so these knives have gotten a lot of use. The bread knife slices through crusty sourdough without crushing it, and the paring knife is great for peeling fruit in the morning. Even the steak knives have been useful when friends come over for dinner. Cleaning has been simple. I still hand wash them most of the time because it only takes a minute, and they dry without any spotting. The white handles haven’t stained, even after cutting tomatoes and other colorful ingredients. Overall, this set has made everyday cooking feel smoother and a bit more enjoyable.
