Maybe it's just me and my sizing is wrong on my other pans, but I feel like this is larger than 12". The hex design seems to be the new fad for non-stick pans. I love the knives I got from this company, so why not try the frying pan, right? It has a nice heft to it. The hex design is a bit odd as it's so different from normal, flat, smooth pans. I love love love the high sides on this. The lid fits just fine. Glass is always good as you can see your food. The quality of the lid seems a bit lower (thinner) than my other glass lids, but I can't truly judge this as I'm not expert in what makes quality glass lids. Overall, it's a great pan that I foresee myself getting a lot of use out of. Read more
