Trying this nonstick pan and it is remarkable because it doesnt require any oil to cook things. I just push one spray for my omelettes and it is enough to cook the eggs without sticking them on to pan surface. Good for frying eggs Read more
Maybe it's just me and my sizing is wrong on my other pans, but I feel like this is larger than 12". The hex design seems to be the new fad for non-stick pans. I love the knives I got from this company, so why not try the frying pan, right? It has a nice heft to it. The hex design is a bit odd as it's so different from normal, flat, smooth pans. I love love love the high sides on this. The lid fits just fine. Glass is always good as you can see your food. The quality of the lid seems a bit lower (thinner) than my other glass lids, but I can't truly judge this as I'm not expert in what makes quality glass lids. Overall, it's a great pan that I foresee myself getting a lot of use out of. Read more
