The the only issue I've had with this purchase is related to the screen protector. The tempered glass for the face of the phone is too small. I made sure the phone was clean, dry, and dust free. I carefully installed the tempered glass on the face of the phone, but it is too small. You have to slide it down a little bit for the fingerprint and for using your options at the bottom of your phone. Like the close all apps or go back button. So when you scoot it down for those options you can then feel the edge of the glass when you tried to slide the settings down from the top of your phone. So either way it's a catch 20/20. Within six to eight weeks the tempered glass had to Long cracks in it literally running diagonally from top to bottom. That was rather strange because the phone had never been dropped. I take very good care of my phone. Still can't explain or understand why the tempered glass broke like it did! So I have yet to use the second one that comes in the package. I have not put it on this phone and I have now dropped my phone 3 times. I have a job that is very physical and I have to use my phone all day long. I can honestly say that it has protected my phone really well even without the tempered glass on the front face of the phone. So I can get five stars for durability. The tempered glass for the cameras is small too. You have to be prepared when installing the tempered glass because the edges are the tempered glass fit right on the edges of the cameras so you have to get it on their perfect or you're going to have funny pictures. It's been on there every since I installed it and again remember I've got my phone like 3 times and the beveled edge of the case protected the camera and that tempered glass didn't break either. Overall; nice product for the money. I'm going to go ahead and install the second tempered protector because I haven't why not try to protect my phone until I purchase another tempered glass protector. The media could not be loaded. the screen protector is great and so is the one for the camera, tho I feel like it bugs out the camera a bit trying to adjust, it makes it SUPER thick. I unfortunately received one of the screen protectors cracked ): it didn’t come in any Amazon packaging , it was just raw doging the box it came in. other than that it was so so so easy to apply!! So far so awesome 😎. Love the purple, love how sturdy the case feels. Love that the material is not sticky...you know the type of material that makes it hard to get your phone in your pocket.... But the material is not slick...the type that you are afraid your phone will slide out of your pocket... you get my point.... It's like Goldilocks... it's just right. I had watched a couple of videos on how to do the screen protector, which helped because even though there were instructions the instructions were not very detailed.... they did include a tiny microfiber cloth, sticky pad and alcohol pad which was nice. I think I did a great job on the screen protector, but will admit I had to redo it because even though I thought I got all the dust I didn't...it was nice that they included 2 with the case....I saved the one with the dust spot, just in case... UPDATE 6/4/21.... well the whole reason to buy a case and screen protector was to PROTECT my cell phone - and that it DID. I dropped the phone while trying to put it on the basement stairs, it slipped out of my hand, down it went - I would say from about 4 feet onto a concrete floor. When I picked it up I was exceeding relieved, I could not see any marks at all. Then when I went outside I still could not see anything, however later when I held it just right I could see a small mark, upon very close inspection I can see THE SCREEN PROTECTOR is cracked from the mark to the bottom, the last 3 photos - which I could not take with my phone shows the damage TO THE SCREEN PROTECTOR ONLY.... And I have a second screen protector if I decide to change this one. So I'm very pleased! I just saw these photos, and I do want to emphasize that in reality the crack in the screen protector is barely visible... cameras are great but these often do not capture the true picture. Read more
