This 600ml IMEEA Coffee pot is excellent. I was able to boil 300g of water in 5 minutes on my electric stove, which is the same time as with my 2mm thick copper cezve. Same time thanks to the 3-ply design. But no maintenance, no tin lining, etc. I compared it with a 300ml IMEEA pot, and the latter is 1min slower. So, go ahead with a 600ml one. However, there is a room for improvement. The pot is somewhat heavy, and the handle is not flat, so it might be a challenge to pour coffee into a cup. Design a better handle! Look at the All-Clad handle design. Read more
