i don't usually sleep more than an hour and a half during the day because of pain. as soon as i got my pillow, i went and laid down for a nap at 3:30 pm. next thing i realize is my 5:30 pm alarm is going off. i had slept 2 hrs. without waking up on my own. checking it out tonight to see if i can sleep more than my normal 2 hours at a time. i really need sleep. i am however bummed that it doesn't come with a removable cover as advertised which explains the the 4 star rating. If you need a firm pillow that keeps you in a fixed position and restricts movement, it's perfect. If you're used to rolling and placing your head sideways, and like a softer flexible pillow, this is not that pillow.
