I saw the commercial on tv for these vitamins. If I can feel that way at that age bring it on!! But really, I keep adding to my vitamin supply every time the next best thing comes out. I was taking so many vitamins a day it was crazy. Nothing had everything. But I looked over the ingredients in these. Wow. How can that much fit in a capsule. Well this is my second bottle. I am up to 3 a day. They recommend 5. I’m getting there. I still take a couple other things but not like before. No stomach upset at all. Not a horse pill. Normal sized. A bottle is three months worth so I can call it a value in comparison to what I was spending to get everything. I just add my glucosamine chondroitin that makes my nails grow. I am happy with this product and the results. Make sure you purchase the right one. It looks like there were others out there for less money. Read more
So far seems to be a great product especially the increase in energy level! As a retired farmer, among other things, we totally get the importance of trace minerals. They only thing we're not too crazy about is fedX delivery. They're kinda rude, late and they just pitch our orders out on our sidewalk. Usps and ups does a much better job.. around here anyway! I have bought from other sites and when I got these delivered I realized the others were fake. I have always been a vitamin taker and feel sure these will work well. They have plenty of good nutrients which should help the body. They smell organic as the nutrients should smell but they are a little pricey. Read more

I typically never am a side effects person, but these made me very itchy after about 30 days. when I did some research on line, others also complained about this. Also, there are no peer review studies on these supplements. I was hoping for the best but after 60 days, I have discarded the remaining and 4 days later... the itching was gone.Side effects.....
