Nothing sticks! I intentionally burned cheese in it and it slid right out. (I like crispy burnt edges on my cheese) Fried eggs flip with a toss. Not well balanced; handle is heavier than the pan. As such, it does not sit flat on the burner (my stove is a glass/ceramic top, so this is very important), and can easily spin around on its "heel".
