I originally brought this for my 10lb chiweenie, but it ended up being my 60lb bully pit ball. I brought this months ago & its still in tact. My bully is an aggressive chewer so the fact that this durable, a great product for the price and he hasn't broken, ripped or shredded it for me is love. Just to remind reviewers this is good for my bully, but if you have a chewer of any kind, keep eyes on them. Read more
I gave it 3 stars because, as the headline states, it was good while it lasted. As the other reviewers stated, this toy is NOT for aggressive chewers. It's a great fetch ball, but you have to make sure your dog brings it right back. If you don't give them the chance to chew on it, you may be able to use it for awhile. I liked that the ball had no odor to it when I took it out of the box, and my dog got excited the minute he saw it. It was after dark the day I got it, so I tossed the ball for him in the house a few times, and he loved it. The only thing I noticed at that time was that the colorful paint came off the ball rather quickly. The next day we took the ball outside, and again, my dog was loving every minute of it. However, the last time my dog brought the ball back, I started to notice some marks/tears in the ball, so we stopped playing with it. I think I'll stick to tennis balls in the future. Read more
We have a lab who LOVES to play fetch, and this ball has been GREAT!! He can tear up a tennis ball in minutes, but has yet to damage this one at all!! If you need a good dog toy that is not easily destroyed, you can't beat this especially for the price!! Read more

I like that this ball is quite light. I can throw it without worrying that it's going to put a dent in a wall or crack the glass in a slider. It bounces, but not excessively. It floats, so it's great for playing fetch in the pool. It doesn't seem to absorb water, so it retains its buoyancy and doesn't become heavy. My dog is relatively small but chews the daylights out of every toy she gets her mouth on. If I had a nickel for every "indestructible dog toy for aggressive chewers" that she has laid waste to, I'd at least be able to buy a fancy coffee. So far, this one has managed to survive seemingly unscathed. Perhaps because it doesn't squeak, which is a good thing. She has plenty of other toys that do. We both love this toy! Read more
