These are actually good replacement heads for your toothbrush. I was skeptical at first but tried one out on my electric toothbrush. The bristles are very compact which makes it feel like more contact with the tooth than what I'm used to. But it also means needing to apply a bit more pressure. Afterwards my gums were tingling so I think they were being cleaned too. That's not a feeling I was getting with my very old and very worn floss action brush head from Oral-B. The only real downside that I noticed is that for whatever reason I was hitting my teeth with the back of the head more often. I do this on occasion but seemed to happen more with this. I assumed they were a different size but couldn't discern one when placed side by side with my existing head. So it might just be because the bristles are still stiff.
