So glad to have a scale reflecting features of the current decade! This scale measures weight accurately (same weight I get at monthly physician office visit) and displays so much other helpful info that is a detailed measure of physical health including bmi, bone mass, etc. The Bluetooth feature is seamless and helps with monitoring goals and progress. We also received a much appreciated email from this small business seller with availability and outreach if we should have any concerns about the scale. This scale has really changed the way we diet and exercise. The bluetooth app works on both our phones and has no issue connecting to the correct one. You simply tap the measure button and then step on the scale. Be sure to wait until you get the bling noise that tells you that all measurements have been completed. You can also use without the app if you just wish to check your weight. The app tracks your progress (good or bad), which gives you good feedback on what to do or not to do. Read more

Accurate: I have a double beam weight scale in my garage, and this digital scale produces readings within less than 1 pound by comparison. Precise: I've been taking 3 to 5 readings in sequence and the results for weight and bodyfat are within 0.5-unit variance. Note on bodyfat and other non-weight results: % bodyfat readings on scales that use electrical resistance are flawed by nature and at best can be used to establish a baseline. The same could most likely be said for other results these scales report such as bone mass, visceral fat, body water, etc. The results, however, have been precise. Other notes: App is easy to set up and results are easily read. Scale has a clean and modern appearance. Excellent value for the money (in my opinion). Read more
