Granted, I do my eyeliner thin enough next to my lash line that it doesnt touch the hooded part, so it likely would transfer a little bit if I did my eyeliner differently, but regardless. This stuff is phenomenal. I have dry eyes and apply eyedrops somewhat regularly and it doesnt affect it whatsoever.
