These do not stick well at all. My son has tried to use them while he sleeps and when he wakes up they are never on his nose except maybe once or twice since he started using him. He pulled one out to put on his nose before he ran Cross country the other day and within 5 seconds of putting it on it was already peeling off. Read more

The neutral black color is simple, so you can wear them at home, while active, or overnight. They’re comfortable enough to sleep in, though they didn’t really help with my snoring. The strips hold their shape and gently pull the nostrils open, unlike other strips that crimp and lose tension. They stay springy and supportive, improving breathing noticeably. The adhesive is strong, though the ends can lift slightly around the edges, and the size might be large for smaller noses. These are game changers for those like myself who have trouble being able to sleep breathing through the nose. They are soft on one side with a slim adhesive on the other. Be sure your face is clear of oil or it's likely that it will not stick completely or fall off throughout the night. Immediately once you put these on your nose, you can breathe and the airways are clear. You can sleep throughout the night with a clear nose breathing easily. 60 is plently for the cost and I'm definitely going to have to get more. Unfortunately, sleeping without them just sucks now. Inhale Premium nasal strips, are black, unisex and made for sensitive skin. They state that they do not leave a sticky residue behind, and I find that to be true. They do not describe the exact placement of the strips on the nose which I think would be helpful. The strips stick well to the skin for the most part; on two occasions the lower outside edge did slightly pull away from the skin bilaterally. I will monitor to determine if that is a recurring problem. The strips do slightly increase the potential for greater air flow through the nasal passage; thus allowing for a possible improvement in oxygen uptake. These nasal strips can be helpful, if they continue to function as described. Their quality is reasonably good, and their effectiveness will need to be monitored over time. Read more

You get 60 strips that are 2-3/8" X 7/8" They are not individually wrapped which I like as it's not a waste of paper wrapping. These take a bit of pressing on my nose to get them to stick, but once they're stuck they do stay. I don't find them half peeled off in the morning. In fact they are a bit hard to remove. I have to get an edge lifted first with my fingernail and then you can peel them off. They're really stuck and you can feel them tugging as you pull. They haven't ripped my skin or caused any irritation. Like all the other strips I've tried, they don't stop me from snoring but I do feel as it's easier to breath. Read more
