I bought the cooling fabric case for this pillow. I've tried several different side sleeper pillows and neck support pillows with no positive results. While I've only used this support pillows for one night, I woke up better-rested than I have in MONTHS, possibly years. My husband is thankful that last night was the first night he didn't wake up from sleeping next to a massive chain saw (my snoring)! As mentioned earlier, I'm a side sleeper. This pillow kept my shoulder furthest from the mattress from collapsing onto the bed, which then causes my neck to twist, thus smooshing my face uncomfortably into my pillow. No wonder I've been so sore waking up; this morning was the first time in a long, long time I wasn't sore and more tired than when I fell asleep! I look forward to getting into bed again with a good night's sleep ahead of me! I read another review of this product saying it has too much support, as in it pushed the sleeper away from the pillow. I'm 5'4" and heavy (hey, carbs are still life for me, okay?), so this actually supported me. Hooray for that! Read more

I love this pillow. Pros: The fabric feels amazing, like the perfect sheet material. I’m 4’10 100lbs and the size of the pillow is perfect for me. (Which is oversized like a bean bag) It’s like sleeping on a cloud. I love that it unzips into 2 pieces, for an in between the legs pillow. No hip, back, or neck pain. The last 3 nights I’ve used it I didn’t wake up once. I don’t think I ever changed position even. Cons: Once you separate the 2 pieces, they do not zip back up individually. This means you may feel zippers here and there. The color “organic cotton” appears to be a beige but it’s def more of a dusted pink color. Overall I Highly recommend! Excellent body pillow. I’m not pregnant but use it to help myself sleep more ergonomically by unzipping the bottom part to go under my knees while I sleep on my back. Perfect level of firmness and helpful that it has removable/washable covers. Would be even better if we could buy covers in different colors to be interchangeable! Read more

The pillow seems good, but the case is a long tube so it doesn't curve with the pillow making bunch up and make it hard and uncomfortable. I tried without pillow case and it is good, but then it is in two pieces. Read more

If my husband were to rate this item it would be a -1000. This thing was a godsend during my pregnancy and I couldn’t sleep without it. It was supposed to disappear after I had the baby but I can’t give it up. My back pain has improved and all but gone.
