As a snorer the effectiveness of this product is awesome! I sleep better since I'm able to breathe better it's not as sticky as other strips and does not irritate my skin. My husband also loves that he's not waking up constantly because of me. Read more

Really is the best solution for opening your nasal passages. I’ve tried breathe right strips, the glue at the ends fails pretty quickly, nasal dilators like turbine and the cone style ones are too irritating to put in and wear if your septum is deviated. Sleep quality is on another level, pretty comfortable to wear, my only issue is the glue is a bit weak so wash your face and dry properly to get the best stick even still it could be better. all of the same good quality as those in the starter package. the only complaint is that after being worn all night, they leave a gooey residue on my skin that takes an effort to clean. But at least they stay on all night, unlike some Breathe-Right nasal strips. I wish I could find a use for those little magnets instead of throwing them away every day. Read more

I've been using intake breathing for 2 years. Up until last month It was an absolute five star product. The nose tabs never came loose overnight and the product was like a dream. Unfortunately, last month or so they changed the nose tabs. They are now thinner and flimsier, which would not be a big deal, except for the fact that almost every single night for the last several weeks since they changed, the nose tabs have failed overnight. In about half of the failures one tab will come completely off, but almost every single night at least one of the tabs has lifted partiall, which prevents the nose band from keeping my nose open like it used to. It used to be a product that I told everyone was the absolute best thing for weak knows walls, deviated septums, just if you didn't breathe well at night. Used to be amazing. But now I don't think I'll even buy the product anymore because it's absolutely not effective. I haven't changed anything about the way I apply the nose tabs, and have even started using their new prep pads, which are just alcohol swabs. I don't remember them ever actually having prep pads for the last 2 years, I just recently noticed them. They must have realized that they're new nose tabs are not the same quality adhesive as the old one. I never needed to do anything but wash my nose with soap and water with the old style nose pads. I literally had zero failures over the past 2 years. And now almost every night I have at least a partial failure with lifting, or a total failure where the nose tab actually comes completely off. I contacted customer service several times to let them know that the new tabs are now basically useless to me. Their response was that the new design only changed the appearance of the tab and not the adhesivehe. But I can guarantee that as soon as the nose tabs changed, which was very evident because it went from a white package to a black package, they immediately began to fail, where they had never failed before. If the skin on your nose is even slightly oily, I seriously doubt that this product will work for you. I am a 60-year-old woman who has normal to dry skin. This product literally went from a five-star dream product to a one-star failure overnight with the change. Read more

My husband uses these and they work really well. They stay on comfortably and almost always hold up throughout the entire night, which makes a big difference in his sleep quality. They are definitely expensive for tape, but the improved sleep makes it worth it for us. Read more

I bought the system on the manufacturer's website, but I get the refill packs here because they are a bit less expensive, and I like the subscribe & save feature so I don't have to worry about running out. I was skeptical at first because I think that's just prudent. Someone is always claiming you can look 40 years younger by the end of the week or lose 25 pounds in your sleep tonight without actually hacking off a limb, so you have to be careful. You can't always trust review, either, because product websites are often stuffed with phony reviews and critical reviews are often removed at the site. So, skepticism is warranted, I believe. BUT, the first night I tried this, I loved it. The next morning, I signed up for the subscribe & save refills. I have sleep apnea, but I can't sleep with that stupid machine attached to my face. So, I bought an adjustable bed so I can sleep with my head a bit elevated, which helps, and I bought some nasal strips because I have nostrils like Morgan Fairchild (if you're old enough to know who she is), or that actress who plays Jan on The Office. Very narrow, in other words. Between the bed and the strips, I was able to skip the CPAP (which I hate), but I still wasn't thrilled about my quality of sleep. Until I got the Intake Breathing System, that is. I thought their claim of "up to 85% more oxygen" was probably at least a gross exaggeration, but I don't think it is now. It makes a huge difference the moment I put it on at night! Yes, it's more expensive than the nasal strips, but it is WELL WORTH IT. Improved sleep=improved days, more energy and a happier outlook! You really can't put a price on that. Never going back to the nasal strips again. These are life-changing. Literally. Read more

I used to use other breath strips and they sometimes would work. This product is so much better and works great. The magnets are strong, the disposable nose pieces remain on all night. I have noticed much better breathing. My health app has also noticed that I am breathing better while sleeping. For those who need assistance in opening up their nasal airways this is a go to product. Read more
