I have a shiba inu puppy who knows how to unscrew this ball... Inserts face palm here. Especially when she was trying to get the motor part. I had to take the motor out and just screwed it on tight as just a ball. She unscrewed it again lol and chewed up the ball. It's a great toy which is why I gave it 5 star. This product is completely disappointing and doesn't work as advertised. The ball doesn't function properly at all. I tested it with my dog and my friend's dog, and neither showed any interest in it. The dogs can easily catch it, which defeats the whole purpose of keeping them entertained and playing by themselves. It failed to keep either dog engaged or busy. Total waste of money - save yourself the frustration and look for a different toy. Read more
Maybe the best interactive ball I ever had. The design is very smart. When the ball is holding and leaving the ground it would stop vibrating. And when it is dropped back to the ground, it vibrates again. This saves battery and keeps dog interested in it. Read more
I love playing with my dog I really do but there are some times that I just need a little break and this thing is perfect! It works well, but my dog barks at the ball like crazy. It freaks him out. I had to shut off the auto bouncer & likely will not be using it if he continues to bark when it's on. Not sure on the durability as we just purchased it. It appears to be good quality. Read more
