We got these for our new dog to see what types of toys she likes to play with. She does like balls so these seemed like a good option. They seem super durable and I think they will last a long time. The rubber seems pretty tough and so far our dog has been able to chew on them without breaking into the rubber. We haven't tried the treat function yet where you put the treats in the little teeth / grooves, but it looks like it will work well with the little training treats we have for our dog. Honestly it was more important for us to have a durable ball for our dog to play with and chew on. Overall, we're very pleased with the quality of these doggy balls and we can't wait to keep playing with our doggo! Read more

These seem okay == but my shepherd/husky mix had no interest in playing with them, even with treats. They may appeal to other dogs more -- I don't know -- but these just laid on the floor in my house. Couldn't even get the dog interested in playing catch with them. I don't really have any complaints -- they just didn't foster much interaction with my dog. Maybe you will have more luck. They do seem to be fairly priced. Read more

I had hopes for this ball, but my aggressive chewer got the food out and then proceeded to chew off the little nubs all around the ball til I threw it away about 20 minutes in. For a nicer pooch this is probably a great option, but I can't attest to that. Two balls for this price is a good buy, and they seemed to be solid construction, I just have so much trouble landing indestructible toys for her, but I keep trying. No fault of the toy, I think you need to judge the dog before purchasing. Read more

yet another hazardous pet product that will cost you a thousand times more at the vet than the brand name would have cost at the store. My puppy (all adult teeth) would still easily be considered a medium dog but I started him with the largest "3in" ball. In less than five minutes (no treats added) into introducing it i was pulling it away and trying to gather as many pieces as i could to know how much poop I have to dig through before calling the vet. The only real treat option was peanut butter smashed in, won't hold kibble or anything else due to shallow grooves and prong alignment which would have been fine but a dog will use his teeth if he things he can get more or faster, there is no such think as a "lick toy" (not that that term was in the listing when I ordered but it or something similar probably is now) Read more

I have a small dog. Because her kibble is so small, the pieces easily fit into the grooves. The "teeth" hold the dog food in snugly and it takes some effort her to get it all out. She generally gets one ball around 3 o'clock and if I don't give it to her, she sits in front of me and stares at me until I get up and fix one for her. I've used a different brand of this type of ball for a while and after daily use, some of the teeth start to tear so I order these on a regular basis. These seems to be a little stiffer so maybe they'll last longer. It's too soon to tell. My dog is not an aggressive chewer so take that into consideration. Read more

This is a good idea but I would suggest being diligent in watching your dog use these. Since a dog will probably have to use their teeth to get the kibble or treat out, you are teaching your dog to bite this. And if they bite it they probably will think whatever they get, be it food or rubber ball, can and should be eaten. Since the balls are made of rubber and not hard, they are not appropriate for some dogs. We have three mini Goldendoodles and as soon as the kibble is out, we take the balls away. Not sure these are worth it. Read more

I ordered this pack of two, 3" balls for my little pit. Even though she is a pit mix, she is NOT an aggressive chewer who destroys her toys. She has a cheap rubber squeaker toy she's had for months, takes it everywhere, and the toy is still perfectly intact. I gave her one of the new balls after I stuffed it with kibble and coated it with peanut butter and she loves it. It keeps her busy until she gets all the food out. Once she's done getting the treats out she loses interest, she doesn't continue to try and destroy it, thankfully. You can see in the last picture it's still in intact after she was done. I would not give this to my German Shepherd stuffed with treats, she's a power chewer and I can tell by the feel of the rubber she would have it in pieces before long. I did play fetch with her using the ball and she liked that it has a nice bounce, but once we were done I stuffed it and put it in the freezer for my pit for later. This is a good toy for smaller dogs, and non-aggressive chewers. Read more

The media could not be loaded. I got these Zividodo Pet Chew Toys Interactive Balls primarily for the fact that they are supposed to help with dental hygiene since my dog won’t let me brush his teeth. He LOVED the challenge of getting the food pieces out, however, he would get frustrated if he couldn’t get to one and began eating the ball itself. I had to take it away from him before he injested the rubber from the ball. I now have a sad doggy! *NOTE~he is not a ‘chewer’ normally with his toys or anything else in the house, so that was not the problem. Read more
