Nice for extra tall bottles
The overall size and capacity of this caddy is not extra large, at least as far as I am concerned. I have had other caddies in the past that hold a lot more items. The "large" area of this one is the height between the two shelves which allows it to accomodate the really tall bottles. As far as the width and depth of the shelves, I'd say they are just normal. Mine was missing the rubber piece to use on the hanger to keep it from slipping and suction cups alone never seem to be enough to keep a caddy in place, especially when it is full. The construction is nice and I do really like the satin finish opposed to chrome because let's face it, chrome or stainless only stays shiny and pretty looking for so long especially when you have hard water. I do not want to spend time cleaning and scrubbing a shower caddy ... cleaning the shower and tub is a chore enough! So, anyway, the satin finish looks nice but sort of hides any water marks, etc. I like that there are several hooks for sponges and tools. I have loofas, sponges, pumice stones, soap on a roap type mesh bar soap bag thingies, back scrubber brush.. lots of bath goodies, so i always appreciate extra hooks. I actually have an 'over the door' coat hook rack thing hanging over my shower rod, with the hooks side inside of the shower and have sponges etc hanging on there as well (handy dandy idea there). So, while this caddy looks nice and seems well made, you may want to choose a different one if you truly want an extra large size caddy that can hold a lot of items. Do you typically have 7 body washes, 3 face scrubs, 2 cleansers, and 3 sets of shampoo and conditioner, a few Lush cakes and a couple random body scrubs in the shower? If yes, you will want a different caddy :) This one does not accomodate my bath arsenal. Read more
