Great quality, very big and sturdy. And the cord has a hideaway cubby on the pump. It's easy to inflate and deflate in just a few short minutes. Set up was very simple; dump, plug, turn, wait, turn, enjoy. It is a bit loud but nothing outrageous. It is fairly lightweight, i have severe arthritis in all my joints but i can carry it without issue. Its really nice. And it's so comfortable. Read more
I had my doubts but was pleasantly surprised. Very comfy and the headboard was a real hit. Bought this for when company comes it inflates quick and deflates fast. I actually got it back in the storage bag. It comes in so it’s easy to store too. I do recommend this bed for company that you don’t want to stay too long. Read more
Comfortable. Easy to assemble (literally unpack, plug, fill). It is worth the price tag due to durable material, packaging, and built in inflator vs. a pump. The inflatable headboard is a game changer and the fact that it doesn’t have a separate pump and inflates with the rest of the bed is convenient! Read more
The media could not be loaded. I live in a studio. This queen airbed sits on a queen box spring. I am 6”3 about 210lbs. Alone the firmness I like however I did just buy a 1.5 inch topper to give that extra cushion. I do a lot of reading/on my phone/watching videos on my table and really enjoy to put my back against the backboard area. The air stays locked in which I like a lot. It takes seconds to fill up if needed. The quality and durability is absolutely amazing w a one year warranty. This is my primary bed I use it every day and night I absolutely love it and will continue to use it. I believe it is able to handle up to 600lbs. Overall I recommend this airbed sleep quality is amazing , the height for me is great because I am tall , the thickness is comfortable. I hope this information helps. For the company who made this product “ WELL DONE” Read more
DON'T BUY! I gave this a 1 star rating because I couldn't go lower. It falsely posted with 5 stars. I haven't had this air bed a year and it's leaking badly. I only use it a few days each month in a carpeted bedroom. Otherwise it's kept neatly folded in it's bag. I recently inflated it and kept waking up about every 3 hours having to re-inflate it. I woke up with my back and neck hurting, and extremely sleep deprived. I tried for several days to keep it inflated and to find where the slow leak was coming from. Then I left town and contacted the seller. He replied that I should contact Intex because it's still under warranty. I ended up speaking with a Rep who stated to file a claim I had to find the pinhole leak and cut out a 6x6 inch section of the airbed where it was leaking, then take a picture of the Intex logo on the bed. After taking this dangerous action of stabbing and cutting up the layered and reinforced airbed, she said take a picture of the cut out and upload it and the logo picture to the claim website. She said Intex will not honor their warranty if this isn't done. She also said if approved it would take months to receive the replacement. I asked what am I supposed to sleep on after destroying the airbed and waiting for months. She couldn't care less. She also refused to transfer me to a supervisor. I searched again and discovered the leak was at the pump. I took a picture of the pump and of the now almost deflated Intex logo and uploaded it with a copy of my Amazon shipping receipt. They immediately denied my claim. I called and the Rep said I didn't send pictures of the cut up airbed. I asked for a supervisor. She put me on hold a long time and when she came back she pretended that she couldn't hear me and hung up. Although she had initially asked for all of my info at the beginning of the call, including my phone number, she didn't call back. Amazon won't help because they state it's a 3rd party vendor. I haven't even been able to reach a human Customer Service Rep. I filed a complaint with my State Attorney General's office and the FTC due to shoddy defective material, lack of customer service and refusing to honor the warranty. Read more

Awesome bed and very comfortable until an internal seam pops. I usually end up buying a new one every two years because of this. The headboard is a big plus. It keeps you from waking up with your pillow on the floor. Read more
My brother got this one for his basement area and said good things so I was already eyeballing it. I got it because I have a bad habit of sleeping on my living room couch instead of my bed in my room, and my couch is starting to sag. I thought maybe the headboard part would be a bit bulky for my small apartment but honestly it’s so worth it to me. I use silk pillowcases and hate when theres nothing behind the mattress to prevent it from slipping around and off the bed. The headboard also creates a sense of privacy and extra coziness; it can also block strong drafts from the AC if that kind of thing bothers you. It’s firm and cooling, just the way I like. Easy to inflate, just plug it in and turn the knob to the right. Deflating takes a while unless you put weight on to help it but I guess thats expected. However, I want to point out this is best for single person sleeping or two people who sleep with space in between them. It’s NOT good for cuddling with a partner to sleep… maybe if you’re both skinny. My partner is a big tall guy and must sleep while cuddling me….. but his weight makes the mattress go down a bit and then I’m stuck sleeping in that depression from his weight awkwardly, which killed my back. I thought the mattress just wasn’t comfortable until I got the mattress all to myself for a few nights. That’s when I really realized how comfortable it was for me!! It’s hard for me to find a comfortable firm mattress and this air mattress is really tempting me to use it as a permanent bed… my cat loves it too since we both get hot easily. I will have to only use it occasionally/for guests because it engulfs my living room but for 80 something dollars, I would choose this one again and again! Read more
