Horrible customer service
Defective watch and Invicta refused to cover it under warrantee. Horrible customer service. Since day 1, this watch accumulated moisture inside the bezel. I returned the watch for a replacement and the same thing would happen on the new watch. Invicta said I had to ship the watch to them at my own expense plus a $30 service fee. After inspecting the watch, which was still under warrantee, they refused to cover the repair and wanted to charge me $139 to repair. I told them to throw the watch in the garbage, which is where it belongs. I will never buy anything from Invicta again. Read more
