I've wanted something like this since I was a kid 60 years ago for listening to the radio at night. Fast forward and today I can listen to music in bed without bulky headphones or earbuds and actually sleep on my side which is the only position I can due to neck problems. These do take a couple of nights or so to get used to as they are not custom molded to your ear but they are small enough that once you do get used to them you will not really notice them at all. They are hard plastic without any rubber tip to go in the ear canal, sounds odd but they really work well. Having a soft pillow helps with the fit. You will find they stay in fine even flipping over, just take the time to work out the details, it's worth the effort. The sound is actually very good and they run for several hours on a charge, I usually wake up a couple hours later to music and simply take them out and put them back in the charging case. I have used the sleep timer function in my phone to shut off the music but I find that I get better results just letting it play until I wake up later and then can fall right back to sleep. Their customer service is really exceptional! Any questions or problems they really are there to make sure you are completely satisfied. I had a minor problem and they were all over it making sure things were 100% to my satisfaction. Just use the email they provide on a business card with the product. I can honestly say I have not seen service like that in a long time! Thanks! Absolutely one of the best things I have done to improve my sleep in a long time, highly recommend you try these and give them a chance. If falling to sleep is difficult these can really make a difference, whether you use music, a bluetooth noise generator or whatever else works for you these are super. Needed earbuds I could use while falling asleep. These fit comfortably and stay put. Because they sit flush there is no pressure on ear when laying on your side. They have a physical button to press for different functions which I appreciated. My intended use is for listening to audio books before sleep. Sound is fine for audio books or podcasts but a little tinny for music. Stars deducted for flimsiness of the case (it is seriously thin and not very protective) and for connectivity issues. (buds paired fine but sound cut in and out despite close proximity of buds to bluetooth device). UPDATE: Adding a star for attentive customer service. After I initiated a return, the vendor contacted me to replace the ear buds with no need to ship back the defective pair. Replacement pair arrived today and while I am still testing them, they appear to be functioning as they should. Read more
I’m going to do my best to be thorough while praising for the customer service. I wanted these for a number of reasons: 1. To side sleep with ease. 2. To be discreet while I work. 3. To have a headphone that doesn’t go in my ear canal. 4. A headphone that could be worn daily comfortably. Unfortunately, I’ll never know if these headphones will hold up to those desires as they didn’t fit. I am a female, 200+ lbs, 5’5”, and never figured I’d be small anywhere- let alone my ears. Unfortunately, they just hurt far too bad to be worn. As you can see in the photos, my ear space was bursting from the large headphone. It’s design was smart and rather clever for where we are in time but because the entire phone was made out of hard plastic, there was no mounding that could take place (unless I forced my ear to wear them through the pain). So I followed the instruction card that came with the packaging and emailed their service manager, Daniel. I gave him these pictures and told him my ears were too small and he was able to recompense the issue. So I give this product 5 stars for their customer service. I was able to connect the headphones to my phone. In few days I tried to make these work, the sound was nice and the volume was to my liking. There hadn’t shown any issues for those few days other than fit. So I would assume, for my grading scale, these would also be a 5 star product (if only they had fit). Now, I’m not going to fault this company for their headphones not fitting to my body. Seeing as how it can be hit or miss, I am assuming ear shape and size are not universal. If these are hitting any of your desires to purchase, I say try them. They fit my husbands ears no problem! But these could be a great product for you, but they also might not fit. Regardless, I send my 5 stars for this product. Ps. The battery life seemed well enough though I never got the chance to drain them. The durability seemed as expected but again, I couldn’t wear them long enough to know for sure. The ease of use was also affected because I couldn’t use them due to their size being too large.
