It doesn’t have a setting for noise canceling, but it does cancel out a lot of sound. It’s more like noise blocking. They’re very tiny and I have small ears and it works just fine. At first. I thought I wasn’t gonna be able to sleep in them, but I slept in them all night no problem they come in a gorgeous packaging and you also get regular sleep earplugs with them as well I definitely like them and they do block out quite a bit of noise.
