I’ve been using this hair removal device for about a month, and overall, I’d say it’s just okay. Since this is our first time using a tool like this, there was a bit of a learning curve. Unfortunately, the user manual made that process harder than it needed to be—the text is extremely small, and the instructions are dense rather than clear and simple. In terms of build, the quality feels fair, but the device itself is a bit flimsy when handled. It works, but it doesn’t inspire much confidence in its durability. Per my wife: This is my first time using a hair removal system. The kit comes in a very attractive box with a razor and sunglasses. It has five levels of power for different areas and sensitivity so you can adjust the energy level for more intense areas like legs and arms then reduce the level for your face and underarms. The built-in cooling system reduces the heat sensation as the light is flashing. Since you have to plug the unit into an outlet you don't have to worry about power dropping or recharging a battery. Having to only use the hair remover on a small spot at a time means this is very time consuming. For someone who has never used a hair removal device before, the one negative thing I found were the instructions. They are printed extremely small, making it very difficult to read, and I felt they were a little unclear. This forced me to photograph each of the instruction pages(12 pages), then enlarge and print each one. In spite of this, I continued on and and tried the procedure as best I could, not knowing for sure if I was doing it correctly. Time will tell if using this system will meet my expectations.
