Love this product! It is my first red light therapy mask. I’ve been using this mask over the last 5 months, but not as consistently as I should. However, I’ve used it around 16 times so far and find this product effective. I’ve noticed improvement in my neck lines and chest lines. These areas appear smoother, brighter and lines are less prominent. Their packaging and mask feel high quality. Mask is comfortable and gets slightly warm with use. I’ve experienced no breakouts or adverse effects. After cooling off, I clean it after each use with a damp alcohol pad and let air dry. It comes with a bag to keep it protected. First of all, don’t be misled by the information that says you can try it for 100 days. That only applies if you buy it directly from the seller, not Amazon, per the IRestore website, and the seller doesn’t have free returns. I purchased this and tried it for 30 days, to comply with the Amazon returns policy. Then I returned it and bought a different brand (Solawave), so I was able to compare the two. The IRestore is nicer in the respect that it has more lights, the battery has a digital readout, and the battery has a clip on it so that you can clip it on your clothing while you do things (you don’t have to sit in one spot for 10 minutes). Both are made in Communist China, but the Solawave is also owned by a Chinese manufacturer. This leads me to believe that the Solawave is probably made from stolen IP. So here’s the thing. The price difference is dramatic. So a person would need to decide if they want to pay $150 (or so) more for this one for the convenience and slightly higher quality. Now, I will address the effectiveness of the red light therapy. In the <60 days that I’ve been using the 2 brands, any improvement in my neck is minimal. I’m a male and I have “alligatoring” of my neck skin as well as some “turkey neck” folds, which I’m hoping to get rid of or make them less noticeable. No matter which unit I use, they’re expensive and I expect to see good results, but so far it’s minimal. I should also mention that I consume ALOT of collagen and protein daily (180g), which should work in tandem with the red light therapy. Read more
